About You
At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $ 340,000 – $550,000 For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.

- Expert consulting executive with a proven track record of growing and developing teams focused on operational and performance improvement through AI and Analytics in a Payer setting
- Business development expert focused on growing your team by leveraging new and established professional relationships to generate new business and grow existing services
- Client partner that anticipates needs and proactively provides customized solutions. Engages, guides and inspires healthcare leaders to implement positive change
- Inspirational practice leader adept at motivating and guiding team members towards firm goals through personal achievement
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Able to travel 80% of the time
- Authorized to work in the US
