Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Sales Training Specialist for a 12-month Contract. Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities) Assists in planning, development and delivery of training programs that support sales. Performs administrative tasks in support of training staff in the delivery. Schedules clients, trainers and facilities. Helps evaluate training program performance, including analysis of testing and client feedback and prepares reports. Requires advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio), strong verbal and written communication abilities and attention to detail.Requirements 2 years of Sales Training experienceStrong training, organizational, change management, program or project management and communication skills preferred. Experience in medical device or equivalent environment preferred. Experience in ERP or other IT system programs (Salesforce, Pricing, Commissions, Inventory) preferred.
