Our client is seeking an Inside Claims Representative to join their team, either in their Sarasota office or remotely if you are out of state. In this multifaceted role, you will dive deep into the intricacies of each assigned property claim, meticulously investigating and assessing the extent of damages or losses. Collaborating closely with the Unit Manager, you will strategize and implement effective solutions to ensure each claim is addressed and resolved efficiently and thoroughly.
Responsibilities :
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve assigned property claims.
- Assess the extent of damages or losses for residential and commercial claims.
- Collaborate with the Unit Manager to develop and implement effective strategies for claim resolution.
- Ensure all claims are handled in a timely and thorough manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims and interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a strong emphasis on empathy.
- Exhibit a sense of ownership and deliver customer-centric responses to all tasks.
- Utilize solid analytical and decision-making skills in claim handling.
