- Electrical Systems : Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain electrical systems, ensuring uninterrupted power for machinery, production equipment, and lighting.
- PLC Expertise : Diagnose and program PLCs to optimize machinery performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve machine malfunctions and electrical issues by disassembling, adjusting, or replacing components as needed.
- Control Panel Installation : Wire control panels, distribution centers, machine controls, switches, timing devices, and lighting systems.
- Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes to execute safe and effective repairs and installations.
- Emergency Response : Make swift emergency repairs to prevent production delays when required.
- Layout and Material Management : Perform installations, create layouts, and manage bills of material based on engineering specifications.
