This key role ensures timely deliveries, optimizes inventory levels, and improves cost, quality, and delivery efficiencies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead production planning activities to support the launch of new products.
- Oversee inventory levels, raw material procurement, and warehousing/shipping operations.
- Develop departmental plans, budgets, and master production schedules using sales forecasts, customer demand, and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with company, customer, and Materials Department requirements while setting strategic direction for future improvements.
- Supervise and provide guidance to professional and leadership staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in materials management, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
- 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience, including financial/budget responsibility and strategic decision-making.
- 3 years of automotive manufacturing experience.
