Key Responsibilities
- Perform semi-skilled machine operations to assemble or fabricate products / sub-assemblies, adhering to team goals.
- Conduct manual or machine operations requiring in-depth process knowledge and constant monitoring.
- Ensure product and process quality through inspections and continuous improvement activities.
- Troubleshoot and adjust machines while managing multiple process variables.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and handle moderately complex machine setups.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards, material movement systems, and documentation.
- Collaborate in the annual planning process by identifying improvements to meet plant objectives.
