Position Summary :
As a member of a cross-functional team, perform semi-skilled production machine operations to assemble / fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team goals. Ensures smooth launch and ongoing performance of painted products.
Position Responsibilities :
- May perform work manually and / or by machine operation which requires in-depth knowledge of process and constant monitoring.
- Ensures product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem solving activities.
- Makes machine adjustments and typically manages several variables within the process.
- Maintains procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned area.
- Efficiently performs basic preventative maintenance and moderately complex machine setups.
- Maintains material movement systems and completes proper paperwork and documentation to guide operations of the team.
