What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Administrator position at iMPact Business Group?
Our client distributes grocery products to independent and chain retailers in 50 states and our own corporate-owned retail stores throughout the Midwest, in addition to fresh food processing and distribution. Through our MDV military division, we are a leading distributor of grocery products to U.S. military commissaries.
Location : Local to Grand Rapids, MI
Hybrid work week (onsite -1-2 days)
Contract length : 1-3 months
Hours : P / T 20-30 hours / week

Position Summary :
This person will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget by overseeing administrative tasks like meeting scheduling, document management, budget tracking, resource allocation, and communication with team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Set up Time Tracker as needed
- Set up Projects in Project Costing (PC) - note we will move to Oracle Fusion, so this might go away
- Idea Hub changes / support (convert to a diff tool - Jira or ?)
- Project Closings
- Run and publish Power BI Labor report
- Financial Reports (2x / wk)
- Budget Change updates in PC
- Ad hoc analysis - ROM vs Budget, system / process audits etc.
- Offboarding PMO tools
- Chase open POs with vendors, or broken POs internally
- Help with testing Fusion Projects (short term)
- Prepare the weekly budget file, light analysis on problem areas
- Maintain Tracker data (reporting or rate changes)
- Help with new SharePoint site(s)
- Help document processes
- Governance audits
- New Intake Questionnaire tracking
- Monitor PM financial tracking (did they do it, is it complete, manually add new projects as they come up)
- Invoice coding questions (not the coding itself)
Salary : $20 - $21
