At impact.com, we're transforming the way enterprises manage and optimize all types of partnerships—including affiliates, creators, commerce content publishers, and B2B. Our Creator Studio team is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to drive creator marketing initiatives for many of our clients.
Role Overview : As an Account Manager on the Studio Team, you will be at the forefront of our clients' creator marketing strategies and execution. You will be responsible for leading multiple accounts across verticals, including fashion, parenting, finance, food, technology, and more. We design and manage campaigns for clients from introductory tests to year-long brand ambassador programs. In this role, you will oversee campaign execution from start to finish and lead our creator consulting services. Your deep understanding of the creator landscape, coupled with your ability to manage high-budget campaigns, will be instrumental in driving growth and success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to better shape and develop our brand’s creator programs.
What You'll Do :
- Client Leadership : Act as the primary point of contact for clients' creator marketing programs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their strategic goals are met.
- Creator Development : Identify and cultivate relationships with top-tier creators, ensuring alignment with clients' brand values and campaign objectives.
- Strategic Integration : Collaborate with affiliate publishers, content teams, and marketing channels to provide comprehensive coverage across the marketing funnel.
- Performance Analysis : Conduct regular reporting and analysis of creator partnerships, leveraging the impact.com platform to provide actionable insights.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage influencer campaign’s annual, quarterly, and monthly creator budgets, providing projections and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of campaign managers and associates, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What You Have :
Salary range : $95,000 - $105,000 $10,000.00 - $15,000 Variable, plus eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
