Job Summary: The Manager - Community Resiliency is a dynamic and energetic outreach and project leader responsible for driving the American Addition Net Zero Neighborhood Project. This position will also be responsible for the replication of the Net Zero Project in other targeted neighborhoods. While performing multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellence by being detail oriented, possessing good communication and organizational skills, and effectively utilizing Microsoft Office and other related software.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall project management of the American Addition Net Zero Neighborhood Project, including planning, organizing and executing tasks to achieve desired outcomes
- Builds strong relationships with stakeholders in the American Addition neighborhood and other expansion neighborhoods
- Works with residents to create community-driven plans and supports strategic efforts to achieve items listed in each plan and documents the entire neighborhood planning process to facilitate replications in other neighborhoods
- Maintain the schedule of weatherization and deep energy retrofit work in the communities through coordination with IMPACT's internal Weatherization team
- Participates in and/or leads all American Addition and expansion neighborhood meetings with the City, community members, potential partners and funders
- Manages monthly and quarterly reports on project progress, including all necessary fiscal documents and reports
- Manages individual activity/data entry into the appropriate data collecting systems
- Presents on the American Addition Net Zero Neighborhood Project at community meetings and conferences
- Represents Agency in a courteous and professional manner at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Working conditions are within a standard office environment which requires the ability to operate telephone and personal computer for extended periods of time. Additionally, there will be community-based work which requires work in all environmental conditions. Will be required to travel often within the city and commit to after hour availability.

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Environmental Studies, Non-Profit Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3-5 years' project management experience in a community-oriented profession preferred
- 3-5 years' experience working with community advocates and volunteers
- Minimum of 2 years experience in clean energy/environmental science/sustainability/electrification field
- Ability to organize, coordinate projects and meet deadlines with a minimal amount of direction
- Computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications
- Strong research and analytical skills with knowledge of proposal/grant writing
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and/or reliable transportation
- Must comply with agency's insurance carrier standards and policy
