Position Title : Quality Technician

Reports to : Quality Assurance Manager
Wage Range : $23 - $29
Principal Accountabilities :
- Program and operate 3D AOI / SPI systems using online or offline
- Assist inspectors with review stations as needed .
- Import data and create programs
- Create and maintain the AOI package library
- Work with engineering and equipment manufacturers to improve the accuracy of AOI / SPI & x-ray
- Become IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certified and retain those
- Program and operate any AOI machine
- Operate both of the X-ray
- Perform first article inspections and give prompt feedback per work
- Maintain PMs on machines.
- Meet production requirements : Ability to read, understand, and navigate in Fusion documentation, Pass the Component Identification quiz, Run in-line washers, and In-process inspection accurately
- Work in a manner that meets, or exceeds quality level and production
- Follow the procedures as defined in the QMS, that pertain to your area or Help update procedures and work instructions as needed to match the current process.
- Complete Preventative Maintenance on machines as
- Be a role model by following and re-enforcing Safety, ESD, ITAR, and QMS
- Actively participate in Lean activities and embrace change, as a minimum give feedback regarding changes to ensure stability and sustainability.
- Use the MES to track the time and status of
- Maintain 5S standards and continually look for ways to improve
- Pursue relentless reduction of waste
