The Fire Sprinkler Inspector conducts on-site inspections and tests, performing repairs as authorized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test alarms, valves, switches, and other fire suppression equipment as assigned
- Maintain required licenses and certifications for inspecting and testing systems
- Generate testing reports for clients
- Create repair or service quotes based on identified deficiencies
- Perform service calls and make repairs as assigned
- Install smaller systems and upfits as directed
- Fulfill safety protocols and maintain assigned vehicles
- Complete additional tasks as requested by management
Required Skills and Qualifications
- NICET II certification or equivalent
- State license for Inspecting and Testing of Water-based Fire Suppression Systems
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English
- Capacity to take direction and work as part of a team
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
