We are seeking an experienced APRN to join our team in providing person-centered care to patients in skilled nursing facilities. As an APRN, you will work collaboratively with facility staff, physicians, and specialists to develop effective treatment plans that prioritize individual needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Family or Geriatric APRN License
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience as an APRN
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitalist, Emergency Department, SICU/ICU
- Proficient with Technology and Electronic Health Records
