IMPACT Legal Resources is currently working with an 89 employee, downtown NYC law firm with a broad range of practice areas.Excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate / Of Counsel Real Estate Attorney JD with significant experience (10 years) and some portable business.Thefocus is representation of financial institutions making complex syndicated and bilateral construction and term loan facilities for a variety of commercial real estate projects. Our clients include money-center banks and other major financial institutions throughout the United States. Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred : 1. Representing financial institutions making complex commercial loans (including construction loans and term debt) that are secured by a range of commercial real property types. 2. Knowledge of affordable housing transaction experience is a plus. (i.e., transactions involving deals financed with HDC and HFA bonds and IRC Section 42 tax credit equity).
