Job Title: Part-Time Peer Support Services Coordinator
Location: Split between Recovery Hub, Georgetown, DE, and Drop-in Center, Seaford, DE

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage with participants to build trust and rapport, providing guidance and support throughout their recovery journey
- Facilitate peer support groups and one-on-one sessions focusing on recovery, mental health, and personal development
- Assist participants in navigating and accessing external resources such as healthcare, housing, and employment opportunities
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of participant interactions and progress
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of support programs in collaboration with team members
- Promote the services of both the Recovery Hub and Drop-in Center within the community
- Comply with all organizational policies and procedures and advocate for participants' needs
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in addiction recovery or mental health settings
- Certification in peer support, addiction recovery, or mental health first aid is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and active listening
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle crises with sensitivity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in diverse settings
