Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and energetic Studio Associate to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with kids, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and thrives in customer interactions. As a Studio Associate, you will help create a fun and engaging experience for families while ensuring smooth photo day operations. This position is as needed, dates are provided in advance, typically on weekends and weekday evenings. This position has varying schedule and would be most suitable as a side job.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and support parents in the opt-in process for photo packages and services.
- Manage crowds and maintain an organized, welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring families feel comfortable and valued.
- Assist photographers and team members with studio setup, breakdown, and daily operations.
- Encourage advance credit sales.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, photography, or a similar role is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, child-friendly environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Positive attitude and a passion for creating great experiences.
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
