Key Responsibilities :

Knowledge of effective outside sales tactics. Ensure high sales performance and professional development.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive monthly sales results.
Coaching & Training : Through in-person / in-territory ride-alongs, training, phone calls, texts and coach each roof specialist in the field on referral source marketing strategies.
The ability to effectively influence others and engage clients and help roof specialist sales leaders close relationships.
Coaching on Territory Management : Guide roof specialists in territory strategy and routing to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in customer engagement.
Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing feedback and support to team members to achieve their agreed -upon goals.
Direct Sales Responsibilities : Attend / lead weekly sales Impact meetings at our Athens location. Communicate client / job related information within our CRM software.

Base salary : $76,000 - $86,000 per year
