Our client, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group in Dallas, New York, or Wilmington.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Texas, New York, or Delaware, as applicable.
- 2-6 years of substantive Chapter 11 and bankruptcy litigation experience.
- Solid law firm experience, with superb writing and communication skills.
- Ambition, drive, and team-orientation to support and grow a national practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters, representing clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Contribute to the strategy and execution of high-stakes Chapter 11 cases.
