Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and argue dispositive and procedural motions
- Conduct and manage written and oral discovery
- Collaborate with partners to develop litigation strategy for financial services clients
- Participate in client counseling and case development
- Handle matters related to business, commercial, and financial services litigation
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of litigation experience in business, commercial, or financial services matters
- Admitted and in good standing in California
- Strong skills in legal research, writing, and analysis
- Excellent academic credentials and professional references
- Effective communicator with keen attention to detail and strategic thinking ability
Compensation:
- Salary range: $235,000 – $275,000, based on experience and qualifications
