A National leader in the custom home building industry, is looking for a General Manager in Bryan / College Station - Houston Tx.
Compensation: $140-150k salary range (DOE);
Guaranteed Bonus 1st Year; Auto & Phone Allowance;
Benefits including healthcare insurance / 401(k) / PTO / etc.
An ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, creative problem resolution and knowledge of residential construction. Someone will be a great fit if they are from/familiar with the Bryan TX area & knows the local vendors/subs/etc to acclimate more quickly to the operations leader.
This company is looking for the right person with “high energy” and strong leadership that will constantly be driving the Construction & Sales processes.

GENERAL OPERATIONS MANAGER -
- Production Experience on MULTIPLE Ground-Up Custom Homes
- Administration of P&L / Financials & Staff Management
- Sales Management / Production Process with New Home Design & Construction Operations
