A National leader in the custom home building industry, is looking for a General Manager in Bryan / College Station - Houston Tx .
Compensation : $140-150k salary range (DOE);
Guaranteed Bonus 1st Year; Auto & Phone Allowance;

An ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of residential construction. Someone will be a great fit if they are from / familiar with the Bowling Green, KY area & knows the local vendors / subs / etc to acclimate more quickly to the operations leader.
This company is looking for the right person with “high energy” and strong leadership that will constantly be driving the Construction & Sales processes.
