In this role, you will provide expert-level support for Swiss CNC machine tools, focusing on Citizen and Miyano CNC machines. Key Responsibilities

🔹 Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting

• Program, install, troubleshoot, and maintain Swiss CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance.
• Utilize machine tool manuals, technical documents, and vendor resources to research and resolve machine issues efficiently.

🔹 Customer Training & Support

• Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for distributors and customers, providing expert guidance on programming, setup, and maintenance.
• Offer ongoing technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits to assist with troubleshooting and process optimization.

🔹 On-Site Service & Maintenance

• Travel to customer facilities to handle installation, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of CNC machines and controls.
• Execute warranty repairs and provide after-warranty service to ensure long-term machine reliability.

🔹 Documentation & Industry Knowledge

• Maintain detailed reports on machine issues, repairs, and customer interactions, providing valuable feedback to management.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in CNC machining and Swiss-style lathes to continuously enhance service offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Hands-on experience with Swiss CNC machines, preferably Citizen or Miyano.
✔ Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for CNC programming, setup, and maintenance.
✔ Excellent communication skills to train customers and provide effective remote and on-site support.
✔ Ability to travel frequently to customer locations, providing top-tier field service.
✔ Proficiency in reading and interpreting machine tool manuals, blueprints, and technical documents.
