Compensation Snapshot: Competitive Annual salary range: $130-150k/year DOE (totaling between $160-180k estimated with Guaranteed Bonus Plan & Auto/Phone Allowances )
A National leader in the custom home building industry, is looking for a General Manager of Sales & Operations in Cookeville/Crossville TN!
An ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, customer-service determination and a vast knowledge of residential construction. Someone that is from (or familiar with) the Cookeville or Crossville area & knows the local vendors/subs/etc would be ideal in order to integrate the company/branch more effectively to the new area marketing & operations efforts.
Here is the basic overview of their approach to managing all aspects of the branch operations, sales & production for our office clientele & staff.
GENERAL MANAGER - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production Management for Custom Homes
- Customer Service Excellence
- Sales Knowledge & Construction Management Experience
- Administration & Financial (P&L) Management
- Hire Sales & Project Management staff and manage their performance.
- Consult with potential Homeowner-Clients to determine their Dream & Budget.
- Establish professional relationships in the area for subcontractor, vendor and suppliers.
- Be active in community networking & associations to broaden the company's visibility.
