Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their IP Litigation practice group in Austin.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Texas.
- 3-5 years of substantive IP litigation experience, with a focus on patent litigation.
- Experience working on sophisticated matters in a highly regarded law firm.
- Exceptional legal writing and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative in-office environment and investing in a team-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex patent litigation matters for high-profile clients across various industries.
- Work closely with seasoned litigators in a collaborative environment, contributing to high-stakes IP disputes.
- Draft complex legal documents and participate in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, depositions, and hearings.
