- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Texas.
- 3-5 years of substantive patent litigation experience, specifically focused on IP litigation.
- Proven experience working on sophisticated matters in a highly regarded law firm.
- Exceptional legal writing and communication skills.
