A leading Am Law 100 firm is seeking dynamic and entrepreneurial Partners to join its growing practices across a variety of industries. We are looking for experienced legal professionals with strong client relationships, expertise in key practice areas, and a proven ability to deliver results.
Practice Areas of Interest
• Destination Litigation: Focused on complex commercial litigation and trial work, seeking partners with a history of first-chairing trials.
• Middle Market M&A: Specializing in corporate transactions for middle-market clients, particularly partners who enjoy working with longstanding clients and delivering tailored solutions.
• Life Sciences: With a dedicated team of over 200 lawyers in this space, the firm is seeking to further expand its expertise in life sciences.
• Technology: Expertise in areas such as energy and sustainability, project finance, intellectual property (IP) litigation and prosecution, and venture capital/emerging companies.
Compensation Overview
Partner earnings are directly tied to the business they bring to the firm and the revenue they generate. On average, partners can expect to earn between $500K and $1.5 million annually, depending on:
• The size of their client base (portable business).
• Their billable hours and hourly rate.
