What You'll Be Doing:
As Practice Administrator, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the practice. Your leadership will empower the team and drive the patient experience to new heights.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations, scheduling, and office workflows
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team
- Ensuring excellent patient service and smooth communication throughout the patient journey
- Handling office financials, insurance billing, and collections
- Creating and refining systems that drive efficiency and compliance
- Supporting marketing efforts and referral relationships
- Maintaining regulatory standards and clinical organization
What You Bring:
- 3 years of dental office management experience (specialty practice experience a plus!)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and practice management software
- A genuine passion for patient-centered care and team success
