Key Responsibilities
- Delivering skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and function.
- Creating and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Arizona.
- Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Up-to-date BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
- Recent Negative TB test result and Flu Shot within the past year.
- Comprehensive Immunization/Vaccination Records, including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella.
- Valid Driver's License along with auto-insurance.
