Responsibilities
- Providing skilled physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions designed to improve mobility and function.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- A valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Arizona.
- A valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- A current and valid BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
- A copy of a Negative TB test result and Flu Shot within the last year.
- A copy of Immunization/Vaccination Records (Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella).
- A valid Driver's License with auto-insurance.
