Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Bachelor of Science in ME or relevant engineering degree
- 5 or more years of experience in Quality and Product Assurance
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Work experience in AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) processes
- Familiar with Composite Manufacturing Process
- Knowledge of chemical processing for electroless and electroplating
- Familiar with NADCAP certification relating to special processes
- Good knowledge base of various industry standards and specifications
- Understand IPC accept/reject criteria for PCB, PCBA, and cable
- Familiar with J-STD-001 soldering standard

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week. Typical office hours include Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, however, these hours will vary based on workload and the manager’s discretion. This job may require more than 40 hours of work per week as the need arises.
Travel
Mostly local supplier visits and minimal domestic travel or as needed.

Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
