RN / Hospice Executive Director

As the RN / Executive Director-Hospice, you will be responsible for implementing company policy and mission by maintaining appropriate staffing levels, meeting set standards and goals, and assuring the long-term fiscal viability of the program(s). You are responsible for leading the local program(s): from staffing and hiring to budgets, leadership and marketing oversight.
- Hospice experience is extremely preferred
- Individual must be highly connected in the market Looking for a gamechanger - someone that is going to come in and deliver!
- Management experience - Operations/Budget
- Sales experience - must be comfortable going out in the field and meeting with referral sources, community events, dinners with medical directors, etc.
- We need someone who has an understanding of the community and providers.

As an Executive Director, you will:
- Oversee the general management of hospice operations.
- Develop annual branch budget and monitor expenditures.
- Analyze gross profit factors, market conditions, business volume/mix, competition and operational costs.
- Ensure continued branch growth by expanding new and existing client base.
- Partner with recruiter to attract and hire branch staff and clinicians.
- Partner with clinical resources to oversee patient intake and inquiries and assess patient needs.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, health care, or business administration preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in health care management, home health, hospice, or related health programs required.
- Two (2) years of hospice experience required with intimate knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and Department of Aging and Disability Services regulations.
- Operations and/or Sales Leadership experience required
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships in the communities served as well as within a company.
- Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff, marketing contacts, and clinical staff to ensure the thorough understanding of Hospice Mission and services.
- Experience in analyzing processes, improvement planning, supporting change, and effectively managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $105,000 - $150,000
