Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop new business opportunities within the data center industry.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track and manage all sales activities.
- Achieve or exceed an annual sales quota of $3M.
Job Requirements:
- 3-7 years of direct or technical sales experience.
- Strong background in construction and data center builds.
- Outside sales experience covering the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience selling solutions in a structured corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in building and construction services.
- Knowledge of power, rental generation, or heavy construction industries.
- Familiarity with data center operations.
Salary : $65,000 - $72,000
