Sr. Swiss CNC Machinist

Responsibilities:

1. Programming Expertise: Showcase your mastery of CNC programming, machine setup, and operation, with a proven track record of 5 years in the field. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software will be highly regarded.

2. Tooling Knowledge: Display your comprehensive understanding of tooling and demonstrate the ability to grind tools effectively. Your attention to detail and precision will be crucial in ensuring optimal machining results.

3. Effective Team Player: Exhibit your willingness to collaborate and succeed in a team-oriented environment. As a Senior Swiss CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for managing 3-4 machines simultaneously while maintaining seamless teamwork and communication.

4. Blueprint Comprehension: Demonstrate your ability to interpret and comprehend blueprints accurately, along with familiarity with different material types. Your keen eye for detail will contribute to producing high-quality parts and assemblies.

5. Machine Expertise: Experience with Star Swiss type machines will be highly advantageous. However, we are open to considering candidates experienced with other similar Swiss machines such as Citizen or Tsugami. Showcasing your proficiency with Swiss CNC machinery will play a significant role in securing this position.

6. Job Shop Experience (Preferred): If you possess previous experience in a job shop environment, it will be considered a valuable asset. However, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and encourage all CNC professionals to apply.
