Job Description
Engage with prospects using a relationship sales-based approach
Generate new business by cold calling, utilizing relationships and lead tracking
Maintain positive relationships with existing clients

Balance book of business between servicing existing customers and new business development
Stay up to date with tasks within CRM
Requirements
2 years of successful sales experience within the IT / Technology field (cold calling, prospecting, relationship management, closing business)
Outside sales experience in IT Professional Services or Staffing
Fast-paced, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Excellent business development and relationship building skills
Natural personality for the desire to win
Full understanding of the sales cycle including prospecting, effectively following up, setting qualified appointments, delivering proposals and closing the deal
Proven track record in outside sales, business development and ability to influence decisions and close the deal
