Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will serve as the backbone of our daily operations, handling a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the business. Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting new team members, delivering excellent customer service, and handling miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed. This is a diverse role requiring a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment :

  • Develop and post job listings on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Screen applications, schedule interviews, and assist in the hiring process.
  • Organize and manage onboarding for new employees, including training schedules, documentation, and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Customer Service :

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Address customer questions about our services, pricing, and scheduling.
  • Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a customer database and follow up on leads to support business growth.
  • Administrative Support :

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and service deliveries.
  • Handle day-to-day office tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documentation as needed.
  • Assist management with special projects and miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and oversee general office organization.
  • Work Schedule

    This is a part-time position expected to start at 20 hours per week. However, flexibility may be required to meet the demands of the role, especially during peak business periods.

  • Requirements :

    Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role. Prior experience in recruiting is a plus.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or office management software is a bonus.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
