Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will serve as the backbone of our daily operations, handling a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the business. Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting new team members, delivering excellent customer service, and handling miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed. This is a diverse role requiring a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment :
- Develop and post job listings on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen applications, schedule interviews, and assist in the hiring process.
- Organize and manage onboarding for new employees, including training schedules, documentation, and orientation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

This is a part-time position expected to start at 20 hours per week. However, flexibility may be required to meet the demands of the role, especially during peak business periods.
