As a fast-growing marketing agency, we doubled our revenue in 2023 and are set to double it again in 2024. We are expanding into multiple channels and have introduced a demand-generation video offer where we interview clients who are founders and subject matter experts. These interviews are then transformed into long and short-form video content for LinkedIn and YouTube.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a client-facing content strategist and AI video editor (Descript Pro) located in San Antonio, TX. As a Content Strategist, you will conduct regular client interviews to create engaging video content. You will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, copywriting, editing, and enhancing video content to meet client standards. Your role will also include publishing the final content across various social media platforms and designing AI solutions to simplify video editing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular interviews with clients to create video content

- Enhance video content using Descript or other AI video editing software

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in copywriting and content strategy
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team
- Conversational English skills are required, as all our clients are English-speaking and managing subtitle edits will necessitate this
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
