SUMMARY
As a System Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our IT operations—ensuring stability, security, and scalability across our systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manage and maintain our physical, virtual, and cloud server environments, ensuring high availability and security.
- Administer our Windows domain and hybrid Microsoft Azure environments, including Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell scripting.
- Oversee network connectivity across multiple office locations (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/ISP).
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure services including Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and security/compliance features.
- Support VoIP systems (Vonage), manage equipment inventory, and ensure disaster recovery/business continuity planning is solid and documented.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, system outages, and access control issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors and provide Level III support to our help desk team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience as a System Administrator in a hybrid environment. MSP or multi-client environment highly desired.
- Deep knowledge of Windows and Azure infrastructure, M365, and scripting via PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with patch management, backup/recovery, and system monitoring.
- Process automation using Power Automate
- SharePoint administration and document governance
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to evolving IT needs with minimal direction.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, onsite 3 days a week.
Certifications (preferred but not required):
CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSA, Network
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
