We are introducing providing external HR support to an array of clients—from innovative startups to mission-driven nonprofits. Our goal is to help organizations build robust HR strategies, streamline recruitment, and maintain compliance with employment laws. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced HR Generalist Contractor to join our team on a part-time, remote basis.
Role Overview
As our HR Generalist Contractor, you will serve as a trusted HR consultant for our clients, offering strategic guidance and hands-on support in areas ranging from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR administration. This role is ideal for someone with a proven HR background who excels in a remote work environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
HR Consultation & Strategy :
Advise client leadership on HR best practices, policy development, and compliance.
- Design tailored HR solutions to meet each client's unique needs.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support :
Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to refine job descriptions, screen candidates, and streamline interview processes.
HR Administration & Compliance :
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records using HRIS platforms.
Employee Relations & Performance Management :
Support the development and execution of performance management processes.
Project Management & Reporting :
Prepare regular HR reports and analytics (e.g., turnover, hiring metrics).
Remote Collaboration :
Utilize tools such as Zoom, Slack, and email for effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams.
