WHAT YOU'LL DO:
A/R and A/P Manager
This role performs accounting, finance, and management functions, and is critical to the success of Imperial. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working with others to achieve small & big wins keep reading for the details.
Responsibilities:
- Review accounts receivable & accounts payable agings weekly
- Work with an internal team to contact our customers for payment
- Research and drive resolution for balances owed, escalating to department leaders as needed
Pay:
- Commensurate with experience
- Eligible for bonuses & full-time benefits, including Health, Dental, Life, 401k, Holidays, Sick days, and Vacation
Hours:
- Mon - Fri, 8 hours daily anytime between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- 6 year work experience in various, progressive accounting roles
- previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
- high computer literacy; Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented & organized
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in completion of projects
- Good communication skills & flexible to help where needed
