Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, including Leases, contracts, sales, payroll, receipts, and purchase orders.
Duties
- Perform general ledger reconciliation
- Manage accounting tasks
- Utilize double-entry bookkeeping methods
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Apply financial concepts to daily tasks
- Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy
- Handle payroll duties
- Utilize Quickbooks for recordkeeping
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Strong knowledge of Quickbooks and MS Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
