Salary: $60,000 - $70,000/yr.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide support for US non-income tax compliance (i.e., sales and use, business licenses, property tax)
• Be the primary contact with third-party provider and business units for monthly, quarterly and yearly submissions and support
• Gather, organize and submit data necessary for personal property tax renditions and returns, including PPE, inventory and supplies by location
• Reconcile the Company’s personal property tax calculations with its fixed asset database for completeness and accuracy
• Review property tax assessments and processing of personal property and real estate payments
• Develope and maintaining an accrual and reconciliation of costs
• Truing up said accrual once final bills are received
• Stay current with business changes (i.e., consolidation and movements of sites, new acquisitions/locations)
• Work alongside accounting, local branch and property maintenance teams
• Provide support for US and international income tax return calculations, such as allocation and apportionment for property amongst all states

Qualifications

You have:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in tax-related or property tax compliance experience
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly S2K preferred
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Self-starter, proactive; ability to research and move tasks along with limited oversight
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
