- Hardware & Software Management: Set up and configure new hardware. Install, update, and maintain software applications.
- Network Support: Troubleshoot basic network problems and assist with connectivity issues.
- Training & Documentation: Provide IT training to new employees and maintain documentation on IT best practices.
- Other Responsibilities: Support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft Office 365 applications. Participate in IT projects and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in computer hardware, software, Windows 10/11, macOS, network fundamentals, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues. Highly organized and flexible.
