Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Operational Collaboration: Partner with other executives to develop operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial performance and strategies to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational needs are met and financial stability is maintained.
- Information Systems: Oversee the IT function, ensuring systems and processes are aligned to support business goals, including ERP implementations, data security, and process automation.
- Technology Enablement: Drive technological innovation to enhance decision-making and operational efficiencies.
- Purchasing & Supply Chain Leadership: Oversee the procurement strategies to drive cost savings and mitigate risks and ensuring supply chain resilience
- HR Leadership: Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations, while fostering a strong employer brand.
- Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison for financial communications with the Board of Directors, external auditors, and investors.
- Operational Excellence: Drive performance management processes, using KPIs and metrics to assess progress and refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate finance, and risk management practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a track record of developing talent and fostering collaboration.
- Proficiency in financial management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CPA, CFA) preferred.
