POSITION: CREW LEADER
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Crew Leader to manage a landscaping crew. If you take pride in your work, have leadership skills, and enjoy working outdoors, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and manage a landscaping crew.
✅ Handle tasks like mowing, trimming, mulching, and planting.
✅ Train and guide team members.
✅ Ensure job sites meet high-quality standards.
✅ Communicate with clients and management.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience in landscaping and construction environments
- Proficiency in construction management software, including ProCore and Primavera
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics, with skills in construction estimating and quality control
- Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid for project tracking and documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.01 - $35.69 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
