Job Summary:
Imperial Pools is seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic and Digital Designer to join our Marketing Department. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in producing a wide range of design and production duties that support our marketing efforts and contribute to the overall success of the company. This includes designing marketing materials, creating engaging websites and social media content, and collaborating with various departments on diverse projects. Responsibilities:
- Design and layout of electronic and print materials for programs and events, including brochures, sell sheets, pamphlets, and graphics for trade shows and corporate events.
- Preparation of printing specifications, quoting, and prepress processes.
- Clean up and catalog photographs and graphic images.
- Prepare electronic files for various materials, including direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans.
- Produce social media campaigns for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Website and social media creation, updates, and maintenance.
- Maintain open communication with all departments and business partners, providing prompt responses to requests.
- Convey concise, clear, and timely information.
- Photo and image cataloging.
- Sales and product presentations and materials.
- Graphics for corporate events and trade shows.
- Other projects and tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Computer proficiency with Macintosh, Adobe Creative Suite for design and web application, video editing software, and Constant Contact or similar platforms.
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Working knowledge of social media sites, principles, applications, and reporting tools.
- Effective project management skills.
- Excellent proofreading skills.
- A team player with the ability to meet or exceed team goals.
- Strong planning, decision-making, and judgment skills.
- Ability to build excellent working relationships to attain goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as a team member.
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.

- Associate’s degree in graphic arts or marketing communication.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
