  • Conduct in-depth consultations to evaluate current benefit structures and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend tailored solutions that align with client objectives in areas such as employee wellness, risk management, and organizational growth.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of proposed strategies and ongoing client support.

Qualifications:

  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Track record of exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and adaptability to various work environments.
  • Willingness to obtain insurance licensing (support and reimbursement provided).
