Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of this $150M ground-up water treatment plant project, from preconstruction through closeout. This includes managing the day-to-day operations, client relationships, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the $150M ground-up water treatment plant project
- Lead project teams, including field staff, subcontractors, and consultants
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate all phases of construction and maintain close communication with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines
- Track and report project progress, costs, and risks to executive leadership
- Foster and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure that the project meets all environmental, regulatory, and contractual requirements
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in water treatment plant or similar heavy civil projects
- Proven experience managing projects of $50M in size, ideally ground-up water treatment or related infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of water treatment systems, environmental regulations, and permitting processes
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Procore, P6, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- PMP or similar certifications are a plus
