Quarry Site Manager

Job Details:

Imperium Global is seeking a Quarry Supervisor to oversee safe and efficient mining operations in Pembine, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the extraction, processing, and distribution of materials.
• Develop and implement effective mining plans.
• Optimize reserves and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on production, safety, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of mining and quarry methods, drilling and blasting, reserve estimation, and geological assessments.
• Effective leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in software tools such as Google G-Suite, SAP, and AutoCAD.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a mining operation.
