We are seeking a Quarry Supervisor to oversee safe and efficient mining operations at our Pembine, WI location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the extraction, processing, and distribution of materials.

- Monitor equipment availability and uptime.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of mining and quarry methods, drilling and blasting, reserve estimation, and geological assessments.
- Effective leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Google G-Suite, SAP, and AutoCAD.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a mining operation.
