Roles & Responsibilities

• Establish and promote a global platform product vision, strategy, roadmap, and features for your designated scope, with ambitious and clearly defined business metrics and targets.
• Communicate effectively and build consensus across multiple departments to create a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Balance the requirements of customers, stakeholders, and engineering to ensure all needs are met.
• Collaborate with product and technology leaders in the US and international markets to deploy globally scalable solutions, maintaining a focus on best-in-class user experiences, opportunities for testing and learning, efficient resource utilization, product quality, and speed to market.
• Apply agile best practices to assess the feasibility of ideas, develop product constructs, and create innovative capabilities that drive top-tier products for our customers and business.
• Lead multiple high-profile initiatives, ensuring consistent collaboration with key partners and clear communication regarding strategy, program status, roadmaps, and prioritization trade-offs.
• Gather feedback on products and capabilities to iterate and enhance future releases.
• Coordinate the efforts of a large Agile team (including stakeholders, engineers, designers, and analytics) to implement platform enhancements across products.
• Enable analytics-driven decision-making to evolve products and their usage; produce ROI analyses and optimization recommendations.
